President Bush was visiting Iraq and Afganistan on a farewell tour hailing progress in both wars. That’s when an Iraqi reporter threw his shoe yelling, “This is your farewell kiss, you dog!”. He also shouted, “This is from the widows, the orphans, and all those killed in Iraq…”
